MetaBoxes Save Issue on WordPress 3.5.2

Issue:

We have noticed that meta boxes of custom post types like portfolio, slider etc are unable to save/update new values on WordPress 3.5.2

What is the Solution ?

We have started work to update our themes to fix this issue and will update this thread as the issue will be resolved.
