Hello,

i want the Progress Bar use, but do not know how.

I will recommend to read this tutorial to understand the simple concept of layouts and usage of available widgets.

Which widget should I use,

Go to: Appearance > Widgets > Contango Progress Bar

so I can see the progress bar above the header?

I am unable to understand the concept of ABOVE THE HEADER. You can design your own layout after reading the above tutorial.
