This is not the issue of theme itself. You might be probably missing something while uploading the theme, Please re-confirm that you have completed the following steps accurately,
- Remove any existing prana folder from the themes directory.
- Upload new prana folder to the themes directory.
- Activate prana.
- Save the Prana Options to make sure the things work properly.
