Amazon Widget not showing correctly

Hey,

I´ve implemented the self-optimzing-amazon-widget into my sidebar with a simple “text-widget”.

It should be 180x150px but unfortunately, it appears in another dimension (s. screenshot).

Here´s the code:

Can you tell me, why this won´t work?

Have you tested this code elsewhere (e.g. In content etc) that it is generating 180px wide ad.
I am unable to understand its specifications in the picture.
Can you share you blog URL, so i will be able to see it in action. Or, you can share your blog URL via our contact form.

I am unable to see any thing in Advertise widget. I am also observing following error in console.

ReferenceError: jQuery is not defined

Try to resolve above error if you have made any customizations to theme.
