    Hey there!

    Just to be sure, before I update to Arcane 1.1:
    I can update the theme by simply downloading the zip-file and uploading it in my WordPress-Backend?

    Can anything horrible happen? ;)

    Hi,

    Simply rename the old folder to something like “arcane-old”. Upload the new version via WordPress admin dashboard and Activate the theme.
    Nothing will happen :)
    However, you will enjoy the latest features and code stability.

    Alright!
    So, on my server in the folder /wp-content/themes/ there is a folder /arcane.
    I rename this folder into (e.g.) /arcane-10 and then upload the new version via my wp backend?

    Yeah!
    It is good to backup your theme before upgrading. So, you can revert to old version easily.
