How do I upgrade to Pro?

I have just purchased the Pro version having just tested out the free version of Contango.

However, I cannot figure out how to activate the pro version (ie the fully responsive version). It just looks the same.

When I try to download and install the version that was available as a zip file in my membership information, it tells me that the Destination folder already exists and that it has failed to install.

What am I doing wrong?
