Candela: slow loading/plugins

Hi, I use Candela. Since my website is very slow I contacted the hosting company to investigate the loading speed issue.

They replied the plugins are the problem. A web administrator who helped me with the website in the past has installed only two plugins. One of them is JetPack. I wonder if JetPack causes the problem. Is this plugin necessary for candela to operate? Can you propose a plugin with similar function which works for sure with candela?

Candela is great. Congratulation on its design. I need to figure out how to use the site to the maxim. The only barrier is the slow loading. Hope you can help me.

Our team has replied your email before of this thread.

Jetpack can’t be reason of site slowness.
Our all blogs, theme demos, client sites etc are running Jetpack and we have not experienced any slowness.

There might be any other reason if you are experiencing site slowness. Please share your blog’s URL so our team can investigate further.
