Changes to menu in theme

I would like the menu to appear in 3 lines .

For eg : Items in the menu should appear like this
AAAAA CCCCCC
& &
BBBBBB DDDDDD

How do i achieve this?

I have tested the following code in the child menu.

Where do i have to make this change? SHould i add the menu items in the Header.php myself without using the menu plugin?
Is there any fix for the template itself because i want to retain all the styles etc.

Where do i have to make this change?
Go to `Appearance > Menu` to manage your custom menus.

You can manage everything about menu here.
