    How do I modify this theme so that the front page shows full posts?

    Hello,

    Dicot is a Magazine style WordPress theme, which displays standard posts with the Post Title and Read More link along with Featured Image.
    It will not be possible to display full posts on the front page with simple tweak settings. You may need to change the code or infrastructure of theme to meet your demand.
    I will not recommend this heavy customization of theme.
