Help! Galleries, Menu and Favicon

Hi,

I need some help to finish my website (http://www.davipasqualetti.com/)

There are three points that I couldn’t figure out by myself. They are:

1. How can I set sortable grid galleries in the pages, either in portfolio sortable or full width templates?

2. How can I set my menu to look and work like this one from the link below?

Somehow I managed to configure the size and the background, but I couldn’t set the rest.

3. The favicon looks pixelated, specially in the iPad retina display. Is there any way to make it look better?

You have to play with CSS to clone the menu of your example. I have forwarded it to the developers who might be able to share a code with you.
