Homepage CTA Button integration

I am trying to add a CTA button for the Perennial Theme, but I have limited knowledge of how to do this and I can not access the C panel though GoDaddy hosting…

Can someone please advice?

The button would be placed on the same line with the logo in the opposite corner and would drive people to a landing page.

I use MaxButton Pro plugin to design the CTA button and I need the snippet code to where I can add it (can it be the Header PHP? )
