Meta Data under Blog Post Title

How do you adjust what meta data is listed under the blog post title? Right now it shows Date, Time, Username. I want it to show the users First Name, Last Name and not the Username.

Please follow the simple steps to display the name of your choice,

Go to `Users > Your Profile`
Select your desired choice in the `Display name publicly as` drop down.
Update Profile

Thanks, I followed these instructions, but it only allows me to change the displayed name when the user has Administrator rights. If a user is marked as Author it only displays the nickname / user ID (even if I say to display something differently, when I edit the post I only have the option for the nickname)
