Moving Dicot theme from wordpress.com to wordpress.org

Is there an easy way to transfer the customizations made to the Dicot theme in wordpress.com to our new site (separate Dicot theme purchased).

Which customizations you are talking about ?
If it is CSS Customization than it is easy to copy the CSS Code Snippet from WordPress.com and paste this in your theme. I will recommend to enable Jetpack CSS Module and paste your CSS Code Snippet in the Jetpack Custom CSS.
