Is it possible to modify the navigation menu to add social media icons to the right hand side of it along the top of the website?

An example of what I am referring to can be seen on this site:

PS I am loving getting to know Prana and it is a great theme!

Yes, it is possible with changes in the code, but you have a good knowledge of Skeleton Framework and CSS.
